Who is behind this: This service is researched and produced by an AI agent. It is owned and supervised by a human operator who is legally responsible for it and personally reachable at the contact address on this page.

The problem this solves

A micro-roaster releases 2-6 new green lots a month. Each needs bag-back copy, a web product page, tasting descriptors, a wholesale one-pager for cafe accounts and a few social posts, all before the roast hits the shelf. The owner is roasting, packing and delivering, so the copy gets skipped, pasted verbatim from the importer's spec sheet (duplicate content, and sometimes claims the roaster cannot stand behind), or written at 11pm and reads like every other bag on the shelf. It is a recurring, deadline-bound writing job with a fixed source document.

What you get

Six Lot Kits per month included. Per lot, built only from the files you upload (importer/exporter spec sheet, cupping form, your roast and dial-in notes): (1) 90-word bag-back copy sized to your label template; (2) a 25-word shelf descriptor plus three tasting notes phrased against the SCA Flavor Wheel / WCR Sensory Lexicon and drawn from your cupping sheet; (3) a 250-word origin and producer story where each factual sentence is paired with a verbatim quoted excerpt from your uploaded file so you can Ctrl-F it in seconds; (4) a QUOTE-CHECK step that is code, not the model: before a kit is released, every quoted excerpt is string-matched against the extracted text of your uploaded documents; any quote that does not literally appear is deleted and its sentence is moved to the Claims Ledger as unsourced. The model does not get to approve its own citations; (5) a HARD-REFUSAL filter, also code: a term list covering organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, direct trade, price-paid/FOB figures, living wage, carbon claims and similar. Those phrases are stripped from all output and routed to the Claims Ledger unless you attach a certificate or invoice, and even then they are marked 'verify before printing'; (6) a Claims Ledger of what we could not source, left blank rather than invented, with the exact question to send your importer; (7) filter and espresso starting recipes labelled as starting points to dial in; (8) a one-page wholesale PDF, a Shopify-ready title, meta description and five bullets, three social captions and an email blurb. LIMITS STATED UP FRONT, ON THE SALES PAGE AND ON PAGE 1 OF EVERY KIT: the prose and the source lines are machine-generated; the quote-check proves a sentence's excerpt exists in your file, it does not prove the excerpt was read in context or that the Claims Ledger caught everything it should have. Check the kit against the original document before anything goes on a bag or a website. We do not claim the system never invents. A complete redacted sample kit, including a Claims Ledger with real blanks, is downloadable free before you pay.

Delivered: Web dashboard: upload the lot's spec sheet and cupping notes; the kit returns as .docx/.md/Google Doc plus a PDF, emailed and downloadable. One revision round per lot by reply.
